Description

We are delighted to invite you to the conference dinner, which will take place at the University Club at Hof van Liere on Wednesday, 6th April. Dating from the 16th century, Hof van Liere is a stunning venue with a unique history. We very much hope you will be able to join us for a three course meal, with wine.

We have two menus available:

Non-vegetarian

  • Starter: buffalo mozzarella with humus – shiitake, tempura of pickle and watercress
  • Main: corvina fillet (umber fish) baked on the skin – with mushroom, mild curry sauce, mashed potato with leek and spring onion
  • Dessert: cheesecake in a glass – with cookie crumble, rhubarb compote and vanilla

Vegetarian

  • Starter: buffalo mozzarella with humus – shiitake, tempura of pickle and watercress
  • Main: spinach and ricotta ravioli – with foamy vegetable broth, asparagus, zucchini and nut salad
  • Desert: cheesecake in a glass – with cookie crumble, rhubarb compote and vanilla
